Ladies Football: Pride of place this weekend goes to our Ladies U19 team who have qualified for this years U19 County Final. They played Moyle Rovers in a titanic Semi Final which saw them pull it out of the bag with two late goals after they went five points down. Final score in Cappawhite was Moyne Templetuohy 2-04 Moyle Rovers 2-03. They now face Cahir in a County Final with details TBC.

Senior Football: Following a request from the Kildangan GAA Club to withdraw from the Senior Football Competition they have been in turn relegated for 2019. As a result Moyne Templetuohy retains its Senior Football Status for 2020. This saw our relegation game fixed for last Saturday removed. We have one outstanding game left to play a Mid Senior Football Semi Final vs JK Brackens.

Sponsorship: Moyne Templetuohy GAA Club were delighted to receive a new set of jerseys last night kindly sponsored by Tipperary Energy. Our thanks to Orla and the team for their continued support. Full update from Tipperary Energy Agency can be read here

U8: Our U8’s finished their hurling league on Saturday morning last which saw the final round of games take place. Over 30 kids took part over the past few weeks which saw each child get lots of hurling time. Each child was presented with a lovely medal sponsored by Pat O’Connor which saw club stars Conor Bowe, Gearoid O’Connor and Roisin Daly present the medals. Our thanks to all the coaches for their work. Full report available on the club website.

Youth conference: Well done to Lucy Doyle who represented the club at the GAA’s Youth Conference in Croke Park last weekend.
