Our Junior hurlers won their quarter final against JK Brackens on Friday should play their semi final next weekend. The postponed Premier intermediate match against St Mary’s is now to be played Wednesday 6th of September in Clonoulty at 8pm. Our Intermediate footballers are now through to a quarter final. Camogie: Well done to our U11’s on securing another win in their league away against a great Moneygall team last Friday night. Our U13’s and U11’s both put in tremendous effort in their round games and we look forward to their semi final games, waiting on fixtures to be confirmed. Our U10’s travelled to Nenagh for a County Blitz this morning and played great Camogie having strong performances against Moycarkey Borris, Holycross Ballycahill, Roscrea and Lorrha. Thanks to all players, their parents for travelling and to their mentors for all the training , the hard work definitely paying off😄 Training continues this week please see Clubzap for updates.

Juveniles: u9's participated in Tipperary GAA’s Semple field day on Saturday and had a fantastic day in glorious sunshine. They played two super games of hurling in Dr.Morris Park and finished the day with a game in Semple Stadium with our own Finn Jones as a young whistler on the day. Bill Ryan has posted a video on the club Facebook page. U15‘s won last week against Upperchurch Drombane and are now into a semifinal this Thursday v Gortnahoe. U17’s play their semi final tomorrow, Monday, in Drombane v Upperchurch at 6.30pm. We wish the teams and management the very best of luck. U11 had a very competitive challenge V Moycarkey last Wednesday evening. The club hosted the u13 mid finals yesterday. We would like to thank all the stewards, the young whistlers Mary Kate and Meadbh and anyone else who helped out.

No training this Wednesday evening as we encourage you all to support our senior club in their upcoming match in Clonoulty at 8pm. The juvenile club are also looking for a coach to help with the weekly coaching in both schools. Please contact Jody Sweeney if interested.

Ladies Football: U6 training drew to a close this week after an enjoyable summer of training. Huge thanks to our coaches Áine Guilfoyle and Paula Butler. The u 8’s travelled to Clonmore for the county blitz on Wednesday 30th and had a great evening. Well done to the girls who put on a great display of football showing off their skills. Thanks to the coaches and the parents who travelled. It was a busy day with both local primary schools having their first day back at school. There were some tired bodies going home.

On Wednesday the 6th our u 10 team will play a blitz, venue yet to be confirmed. The u 14’s play their first championship match on Tuesday evening 5th away to Cappawhite. The Junior D’s will also be playing on Tuesday evening when they play Roscrea in a challenge match in Killea. The Junior A championship continues next Sunday against Sivermines in Dolla. Junior D championship is also due to continue next weekend with a match away to Aherlow. Best of luck to all those playing matches this coming week.
