Lotto-Our lotto jackpot rolls over to €10,200 next week-our lucky dip winners were Tom &Mary Maher and Patrick Maher-online, John Stapleton-bingo and Liam Stapleton, sold by John Sweeney.

Senior Club: Our Junior footballers unfortunately lost their mid final against Upperchurch Drombane away on Tuesday.

Ladies Football: Hard luck to our Junior As who were defeated by Loughmore Castleiney in the county final. The girls showed great strength throughout the game but it just wasn’t their day.

Well done for all the hard work throughout the year and thanks to everyone who gave their time to both our Junior teams especially PJ Ryan, John Gorman, Odhran Lloyd, Elaine Harte, Richie Daly, Kieran Healy, Claire Hasset, Sally Dunne, Christine Cussen, Johnny Gleeson and Mary Doherty.

We would like to say a massive thanks to all those who donated to the club especially in the lead up to the match including Ger Ryan - Acorn Life, TFM, Quinlans, Richie Ryan and Cathal Ely for their incredible generosity. And, to Naomi for having the girls into the cafe and pulling out all the stops after the match. Your generosity is very much appreciated! And as always thanks to Billy Loughnane for his continued support and photography.

Our u 14’s played Lattin Cullen on Sat morning. Despite a poor start the girls put in a hugely improved performance in the second half but couldn’t claw back the scores. Unfortunately that concludes the u 14 championship for this year. Thanks to the players and parents for their commitment during the year and special thanks to coaches Bill Morrissey, Aoife Moore, Eimear Dunne, Aidan Deegan and Mary Doherty.

The u 19 championship will commence shortly. Our first match will be against Ardfinnan.

Camogie: Our U8’s and U10’s took part in the Festival of Camogie in Dr.Morris Park. They played a number of great games and participated in the parade representing the club with pride. The U10’s were drawn to lead their parade with the age old Moyne Templetuohy GAA Club Banner on proud display. Well done to all who took part, this was a very special end to their year as all training has finished, except for U15’s.

Congratulations to our U16/U15 team that won the Patsy O’Carroll tournament in Roscrea this morning. They played excellently, put in great skill and scores and as always showed great heart. We were delighted for Captain Tara Fogarty to lift the cup. Well done to all who travelled.

Well done to Izzy and Mary-Kate who played in schools Junior 7’s and won the Munster Final.

Juveniles: U5‘s finished up for the year with their teddy bears picnic. Thanks to all for the support during the year.
U9s had great morning at a football blitz in Drombane on Saturday where they played Templederry, Upperchurch and Loughmore.
U7 players of week were Jane Meade and Liam Cleary.
U17s continue their preparation for the Mid football championship which is due to begin next weekend. Keep an eye on Clubzap for fixtures.
