Senior Scór: congratulations to our Novelty Act participants Francis Cleere, Edwina Cleere, Marie Kennedy, Mark Dunne and James Brennan who were crowned county champions along with Mary Campion who is the new county champion in Recitation. Both acts go on to represent club and county in the Munster semi next weekend. Well done to our quiz team also who finished third on the night.

Juveniles: It was a very busy Saturday morning where our U9s had a super morning at the munster hurling blitz in Dr. Morris Park. They played Upperchurch, Monaleen, and Kildollery. thanks also to Conor Bowe who came along to offer his advice and coach the kids. U7s travelled to Gortnahoe for a blitz where they played very well, with Glen Phelan and Caoimhe Quinlan being named players of the week. U12s played two very competitive matches v Thurles Gaels and Moycarkey.

Camogie: Our U15’s played their first of 3 games in the Martin Ferncombe Tournament. They played yesterday against a very strong Ballybacon Grange, the girls put in good effort and secured great scores from play but unfortunately the game didn’t go their way. They play Gortnahoe Glengoole next Saturday away. Best of luck to Isabella Jones, Mary-Kate Ely and teammates in the Ursuline All Ireland 7’s this week in Meath.

Ladies football: Well done to our U19’s who had a good win over Ardfinnan today on a score line of 5:15 to 3:05. They play Cahir at home next weekend.
