Weekly update: pride of place this week goes to our Junior A ladies football team who clinched the League county final yesterday evening by the narrowest of margins. Congratulations all!
Lotto: our jackpot will be €3,900 next Thursday. The 6 winners of our lucky dips were Bridget Cleary, Marie Kennedy, Richie Daly, Seán Everard, Ger Peters and Mary Bowe.
The u19’s took on Boherlahan Dualla in the first round of their football championship away on Wednesday and were unlucky to not come away with a win losing by only one point. Our intermediate hurlers took on newly relegated Upperchurch Drombane in their first championship game. Despite missing a lot of our regulars the young guns stepped up and battled hard. The final score was 1.27 to 0.16 to Upperchurch.
Juveniles: U7’s played some super football on Friday evening against Moycarkey-Borris and Drom & Inch in Templetuohy. A big thanks to Noelle Dempsey who gave all the boys and girls a well deserved treat after the matches!!
U11’s were busy this week with two hurling matches against Gortnahoe-Glengoole and Galmoy. Keep up the great work!

Camogie: Congrats to the Ladies football Junior A team on their fantastic league final win.
Our U16 County League final is Wednesday 10th July, venue TBC.
Our U12’s have had an excellent run of games and have reached the semi final of their league, fixture TBC.
Our Juniors returned to training last week and training continues this Wednesday for all.
Our U8’s travel to Dundrum Tuesday evening for a cluster blitz.
Ladies football: Congrats to the Junior A team and management on their Division 2 League County Final Win against Thurles Sars. We are so proud of the grit and determination they showed in a very hard fought and tight game, massive well done to all.
