County Championship Draws: We drew Gortnahoe in first round of Premier Intermeidate County Hurling Championship We drew Killenaule in first round of Intermediate Football Championship. The hurling championship will commence in late July with the football commencing in early August.
LGFA: Join us on Monday 25th May from 6.30pm for our biggest fundraiser of the year — the rescheduled annual sponsored walk. Every lap, raffle ticket and donation supports our players and club activities. Raffle and auction at 7.45pm — all support welcome.
Hard luck to our U16 ladies and management in the league county final against Lattin Cullen on Saturday, the girls battled hard but were 5 points short at the final whistle.
The U8s,10s and 12s all played super football in games held over the last few days, well-done to all.
Camogie: Our U14’s play the final round of the Championship at home Tuesday evening vs Slieve Felim. They lost vs a strong Toom team on Tuesday night but a great performance by all. Our U12’s play Drom this Thursday evening also at home. Best of luck to all doing exams this week.
Juveniles: U6 boys & girls ( born 2020/2021) training continues on Wednesday evening at the wall ball. New kids welcome.
U8s travelled to Dualla for a football blitz on Saturday putting their skills from training into practice.
U12s defeated JK Brackens in the Mid Hurling Championship.
