What a fantastic achievement for this mighty bunch of U12 boys and girls as they were crowned Mid Football Champions following a brilliant battle with Durlas Óg in Templetuohy on Saturday morning! 🏐💚💛
Our boys and girls got off to a great start, settling quickly and putting some important early scores on the board. But we knew Durlas Óg would provide a tough challenge, and as they settled into the game, we were treated to a really exciting and closely contested Mid Final.
Both sides fought hard throughout, with Durlas Óg applying huge pressure right to the final whistle. Our boys and girls showed tremendous determination, work rate and team spirit, holding tough when it mattered most to secure a fantastic Mid Final victory! 💪👏

What a reward for this group and their coaches after all the hard work they have put in throughout the championship. A massive thank you to our coaches for the time, commitment and dedication they continue to give to these boys and girls. 💚💛
The journey isn't finished yet either! Our U12s will now have the honour of representing Mid Tipperary in the County Championship. 👏🏐

With four U12 Mid Finals taking place in Templetuohy today, there was plenty of work happening behind the scenes too. Special thanks to our own Tommy Cleary and Brodi Lyons, who acted as linesmen for all four finals, and to all our club volunteers who helped with the running of the games and ensured everything went smoothly throughout the morning. 👏
