Senior Hurling: Commiserations to our senior hurlers who were defeated by Holycross Ballycahill in the 2nd round of the Co. Championship. A hard game was fought but we never seemed to find our feet eventually going down in a score line of Moyne Templetuohy 0-07 Holycross Ballycahill 1-14. Next up is Toomevara in a fortnights time in a must win game. Support is always appreciated.

Draw the Joker: Jackpot of €6700 was not won this week. It's €6800 with 5 cards on the board next week. Winners this week were €100 Paddy Ryan, €25 Mary Kelly and €25 Bill Hogan.  Tickets can be bought from any Moyne/Templetuohy GAA committee member or any shop or pubs in the parish and the Post Office in Templetuohy.

Membership: Membership is now overdue for this year for both the Senior and Juvenile clubs. We ask all senior members to pay Hugh Coghlan and juvenile members to pay Pat O’Connor ASAP.

Social Media: The club now has many platforms too which we try to keep everyone informed on the day to day running’s of the club. We use Facebook, Twitter and Clubify on a daily basis as well as our club website and I urge all members to interact with them to be kept up to date on all club news.

Juvenile Gear: Moyne Templetuohy Juvenile Club will be ordering gear for any person who is interested. Forms will be handed out to the schools. You are asked to write on the reverse of the flyer what item you wish to purchase along with the quantity. Payment will be required on ordering and all forms can be handed back to Lorraine Taylor/Pat O’Connor.

Lá Na gClubanna: Lá Na gClubanna will take place on Sunday, 8th May. This is an opportunity for the club to highlight the important role of members, players, supporters’ and families in our club and for the local community to have fun. Any people who have potential ideas are asked to give them to the Ladies Club, Juvenile Club or Senior Club. All ideas will be carefully looked at and discussed at the next club meeting.
