Our u15 footballers came became mid champions this evening as they overcame a strong Upperchurch Drombane team in a sweltering Páirc na nÓg.
Whilst Moyne- Templetuohy led from the start our supporters couldn’t relax, nor could the players let their guards down as it was a game full of goals and action. Credit must be given to each player who gave it their all in the heat this evening. Four of these players have a quick turn around and play another mid-final in their own age group, under 13, this coming Tuesday evening.
Tonights group of players also don’t have long to recover as the county semi-final is provisionally fixed for this Thursday evening in Dundrum.
