Our u15’s overcame their recent County final opponents, Moneygal Clonakenny, to earn themselves a place in the Peil County final.
The team led early on at led by 2-3 to 0-2 at the end of the first 15 minute half, but Moneygal Clonakenny came out strong at the start of the second half and scored two quick goals. However the Moyne-Templetuohy team held their nerve and finished out the game as worthy winners on a scoreline of 5-5 to 2-4.
They will contest the final in Dr Morris Park today, Sunday, at 12.30pm against St. Pat’s. There is a charge of €5 on the gate for anyone that would like to support the boys! 🟢🟡🏐
