Intermediate hurlers-had a successful outing against Moneygall in the county hurling league this Sunday (0-21 to 1-17) and the Junior hurlers also came out victorious against Thurles Sarsfields on the scoreline 3-13 to 0-17.
Tipperary v Clare-despite Liam Cahill’s team not yet being named we would like to wish Gearóid and Conor the very best as we are sure they will have a part to play in next Sunday‘s fixture.
Big clean-we hope to repeat last year’s Big Clean of our facilities on the evening of April 26th. We saw a mammoth community effort last year when we did this and it proved that many hands do indeed make light work. So please pencil in the date as your support would be greatly appreciated.
Juvenile club-Busy week this week: Easter camp was a huge success with 93 children enjoying three days of skills and games, well done to local head coach Helen Cleere.
It was mixed fortunes for our under 15s they had a great win over Dúrlas Óg in the football but a disappointing loss to Boherlahan Dualla in the Féile final on Sunday evening.
Our u13s also lost out to a strong Loughmore Castleiney side but played some really good football to bring them comfortably through to the mid semi-final against Drom Inch this Wednesday.

Camogie-Our U15’s had a great day competing their first Féile on Monday. Our U16’s played Ballingarry at home and put in a great fight, they lost by one score but were very strong throughout. Our U12’s were out on Thursday in the first round of their league. They played Thurles Sars and again a game we were strong in but unfortunately Sars came out winners.
Our U8’s had their first outing to Thurles Sars on Saturday morning and played super hurling. Our U14’s finished the week in style after a superb performance in their U14 Championship. Next week sees our U16’s play their final league game V Moyle Rovers in Templetuohy at 7:30 Wednesday.
Ladies Football-The ladies football club would again like to thank everyone for supporting our Sponsored walk on Easter Monday.
Well done our U12s who won their game against Killenaule on Sunday evening, a great start to their year!
Hard luck to our Junior Cs who were beaten by a strong Slieve Felim side on Saturday evening.
Commiserations also to PJ and Blathnaid with the Tipperary U16s who played in the Munster Final today against Cork but unfortunately it wasn’t their day.
