U19’s play Loughmore-Castleiney away on Wednesday at 7.30pm, Junior hurlers play Knock at home on Friday at 8pm and our Intermediate hurlers play Gortnahoe-Glengoole in Littleton at 6pm next Sunday.
Camogie- U12’s had a busy week playing their last two games in the U12 League. They were away to Drom &Inch on Friday evening and secured a great win and played a strong Toomevara at home today, we played great but lost on a narrow scoreline. They will play their semi final next weekend, fixtures to be confirmed. Thanks to the Juvenile club for hosting a super skills camp that the girls really enjoyed. Training continues this Wednesday evening at 6:30pm next Sunday.
Juvenile- U15s travelled to play Clough Ballacolla last Wednesday in a challenge and although the result didn’t go our way it was a great pre season match

U13s mid played the first round of the championship V Gortnahoe-Glengoole last Tuesday again the result didn’t go our way but the boys put in a tremendous effort they now play Moycarkey this Tuesday in Templetuohy at 7pm.

U11s had a very competitive Go Games match V Gortnahoe Glengoole Saturday last. It has been fantastic to see them develop their skills week on week.

Finally thanks to everyone for their overwhelming support for our skills camp it was a great success and the monies raised will help hugely in the running of the juvenile club

Ladies football-Our U15s had a great day on Saturday as we hosted the LGFA Féile, 8 teams competed: ourselves, Wolfe Tones (Clare) Kilrossanty/Brickeys (Waterford) Bennekerry/Tinryland (Carlow) Moyle Rovers (Tipp) Rathnew (Wicklow) Kerins O'Rahillys (Kerry) and Ballygarvan (Cork). Our 1st match against Wolfe Tones resulted in a loss. We performed much better in the second match against Bennekerry/Tinryland and were unlucky to lose by 2 points. Our final group match was against Kilrossanty/Brickeys and again despite a gallant effort we lost by 2 points. We finished in the bottom half of our group and went forward to play Moyle Rovers in the shield semi final. Moyle Rovers took full advantage of the wind and won to progress to the shield final which they went on to win. A long but enjoyable day. Thanks to the mentors Aoife Moore, Eimear Dunne, Bill Morrissey and Aidan Deegan. Wolfe Tones from Clare also presented the club with a plaque to mark the occasion of their visit. It was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Also thanks to Naomi Morrissey who sponsored refreshments for the team.

Hard luck to the Junior As who lost to a very strong Mullinahone side on Sunday in the league final. Focus now turns to the championship starting in 3 weeks time which will hopefully have a better outcome!

Our U16s are out on Saturday 8th July at 6.00pm away to Ballina, best of luck girls.
