Under 19’s had a narrow defeat to Thurles Sars Last Wednesday and face Gortnahoe in their last round on Thursday. Our Premier Intermediate team bravely rose again after their defeat against Cashel last week to convincingly beat Golden Kilfeacle in the first round of the intermediate football championship.
Camogie: Yesterday we hosted an U10 County Blitz in Templetuohy. We welcomed teams from Drom and Inch and Toomevara. Thanks to Cathal Guilfoyle for doing young whistler, all their mentors, parents and our little stars for a great morning of Camogie. We look forward to seeing the girls play Borrisoleigh on Wednesday evening at 18:30 in Templetuohy.
On Wednesday last the U16’s started their first Championship as a team, they played St.Cronan’s, Roscrea, in a hard fought game. They unfortunately lost out by a few scores but had a super second half. They will be out in action in the second round on Wednesday evening 9th at 19:30 V Gortnahoe Glengoole in Templetuohy. All support welcome.

Juveniles: U9s took part in a hurling blitz in Dr. Morris Park Tuesday last. This young team is improving week on week, and the huge effort put in at training is really showing at the blitzes. U11‘s had a fantastic day out in Pairc Ui Chaoímh, they played some very competitive football and enjoyed a trip to McDonald's on the way home. Jonathan Cullen has put together a great video montage of the day, check it out on the Moyne Templetuohy Gaa Facebook page. A massive thanks to the Coaches and parents for travelling with the team. Our u15s also had a visit to McDonald's this week after their challenge match v Rockwell. Thanks to Niall and Tomás for organising. Cúl camp takes place this week. Let's hope the sun shines.
Ladies Football: Hard luck to both our Junior teams this week who had hard losses in their championship round games against Loughmore Castleiney and Rockwell Rovers.
