Juveniles: U9s had a football blitz last Wednesday evening v Dúrlas Óg, Boherlahan and Gortnahoe. U11s travelled to Semple stadium last Tuesday for a Munster hurling blitz they played extremely well and finished their day with a tour of the stadium. u13s have finished up their championship year, but will be continuing to train and get many challenge matches in the coming weeks-this very young team have done us very proud. Well done to our u17s who had a very convincing win over Loughmore-Castleiney last week and play Upperchurch-Drombane in their last group stage match. Camogie: Our U16’s bowed out of their championship after playing a very strong Lorrha team last Wednesday. The girls played very well throughout their championship and worked great as a new team. Our U11’s kicked off their league V Templemore in style this morning in Moyne securing a great win. The winning streak continued later with our U13’s putting in an impressive performance against Nenagh Eire Og in Templetuohy. This week will see our U13’s play Mullinahone in Moyne Wednesday evening and our U11’s will play Borrisoleigh away on Friday night. Training continues Wednesday evening for U6-U11’s at 6pm in Templetuohy.

Ladies Football: Well done to our U16s on their performance in the county final. Unfortunately it wasn’t their day but they can be super proud of themselves for their performance and determination throughout the game and training all year. Many thanks to everyone who was involved with them this year including management and coaches, Naomi and Bill Morrissey, Muireann Lloyd, Eimear Dunne, Aoife Moore and Mary Doherty. Thanks also to Tom and Ann Maher for sponsoring food for the girls after the game that evening, the girls were delighted and it was very much appreciated!

Well done to both our Junior teams today. The Junior As won against Arravale Rovers in a very close game in Templetuohy and our Junior D’s had a great win over Thurles Sars. The next round for both teams has a play by date of 3rd September.

Our U10s will attend a blitz hosted by Slieve Felim Raparees this Saturday 26th at 10am in Kilcommon.
