Club Notes 07/05/18

Minor: Best wishes to Shane Lowe who is named at full back for Tipperary’s Minor Football Semi Final this Tuesday evening at 7pm in Semple Stadium vs Clare. All support appreciated. Straight back to club fixtures then on Wednesday evening as we take on Moycarkey Borris at 7pm in Littleton. All support once again appreciated.

Intermediate Football: This Sunday at 12noon we take on Ballylooby/Castlegrace in Round 2 of the Football League. All support appreciated.

Junior: Our Juniors had a good win over JK Brackens on Friday evening last. They now qualify for the league final which takes place this coming Sunday evening at 7pm in Templemore where they take on Drom/Inch. Support for the lads is appreciated.

U12: Mixed day of results on Saturday for our Juveniles in their respective Finals. Our Group 5 team suffered 3-04 to 0-04 loss at the hands of Durlas Og while our Group 2 team had a terrific 3-06 to 1-07 win over Boherlahan. Well done to both our teams and their coaches for the work they’ve done. Well done lads

Ladies Football: Congratulations to Muireann Lloyd, Elaine Harte, Roisin Daly and the entire Tipp senior ladies football team who were crowned Division 2 league champions on Sunday. Fantastic achievement for the girls.

Darkness into Light: The Moyne Templetuohy Health and Wellbeing Committee would like to encourage members to become involved in the 2018 Pieta House Darkness into Light campaign which commences in the small hours of May 12th and finishes as the sun is rising.
