Intermediate Hurling: Our intermediate hurlers suffered an agonising one-point defeat at the hands of near rivals Thurles Sarsfields in the Mid Intermediate Semi Final on Sunday evening last. Despite being two points up coming into injury time, Thurles shot three on the bounce to claim the victory. This sees us exit the Mid Championship, however, we are still very much in the County Championship with a game against Lattin Cullen due to take place when Tipperary exit the National Series.
