Our thanks to Quizmaster Hugh Coughlan and those who helped collect and correct. Our thanks to Quinlan’s Pub Moyne for their hospitality too. Congratulations to the ‘Olde Boys’ in their win. Their team consisted of Captain PJ Ryan, Dermot Campion, Ger Jones and Fergus Moore. Well done lads.

Scór: Commiserations to our Scór acts on Sunday last who despite fantastic performances were unsuccessful in County Honors. Sincere thanks to Anne Marie Maher and Francis Cleere among others for all the work they have done with the lads. Attention will soon turn to the Scór Na bPaistí competition which will take place after the Christmas Break.

Minor Football: The Minor Football County Final will take place next weekend with a time and venue to be confirmed by the CCC on Monday evening. Full fixture details will be available on the club website ASAP. We call on huge club support to shout on the lads this weekend. Go n-éirí an t-adh libh!

Astro Turf: Moyne Templetuohy GAA Club in conjunction with the Juvenile and Ladies Football club are embarking on a new club development in the coming weeks. The new development will see Astro Turf be layed at our exiting ball wall. The cost of the project is roughly €30,000. The GAA Club over the coming weeks will begin selling National Club Draw tickets for a price of €10. This is a national draw with all money raised going directly to the construction of the Astro Turf. Each booklet contains 5 tickets and over the coming week, committee members will begin distributing and selling.
